This Friday, Dec 11 @ 5pm, CFRC will air the third instalment of a special 6-part series entitled, Graduate Student Documentaries. For 6 weeks, during this timeslot, you will hear graduate students stepping outside of the normal confines of academic publications & conference presentations and distilling the essence of their research into audio documentaries complete with interviews, discussion, personal tales, creative audio production, and of course, academic discourse. This project was possible with funding from the Queen’s Office of the Principal, Dean of Student Affairs, SGPS, and the Queen’s Dept. of Graduate Studies. For this week’s episode, we present:

“The True Nature of the Universe“  James Silvester (PhD 2010, Astrophysics), will present a thought provoking discussion with Astronomers at both Queen’s University and The Royal Military College on the true nature of the universe, the existence of dark matter and our place in the universe.
